desires membership in the International Casual Furnishings Association, formerly the Summer and Casual Furniture Manufacturers Association.

Upon membership acceptance, we agree to support and promote the affairs and activities of the International Casual Furnishings Association, and will receive all the rights and privileges of membership. Any non-confidential information required to assist in the approval of this application will be provided. Government agencies do not qualify for membership.

All memberships are renewed January 1 of each year. In the event of cancellations, dues cannot be refunded. Members will be billed the first working day of January, the first day of the ICFA's fiscal year.

Membership Dues Schedule
Traditional Retailers: $300 or $100 per store, whichever is greater
Other Retailers (catalog/internet): $2,500
Designers/Design Firm or Showroom: $100 per single designer
$300 per design firm or showroom
Sales Representative: $100
Associate Members: Media: $100/individuals; $300 per publication
