Patios Plus, Inc. is located in the Southern California desert just outside of Palm Springs, a unique environment of second homes in an atmosphere of outdoor living at its best. Architecture ranges from mid-century, Spanish hacienda, to clean contemporary with high-end interiors. The 10,000-square-foot showroom is led by Kristine Schultz and Amanda Smith. Jim Schultz, an integral part of Patios Plus history, has been enjoying retirement since 2015.

Patios Plus’ philosophy regarding customer service and store image has not changed. but been improved. We continue to carry a wide variety of stock options, but our special order business has seen huge growth since Covid and we are back to almost the same levels as pre pandemic. The team works tirelessly to keep the store looking fresh with products from Brown Jordan, Dedon, Gloster, Barlow Tyrie, Patio Renaissance, Janus et Cie, Tropitone, Lloyd Flanders, Mama Green, Pavillion, TUUCI, Treasure Garden, Jensen, OW Lee, Big Green Egg and Elaine Smith. Our beautiful and extensive array of accessories proves to be a favorite with all our customers and our merchandising team makes sure it’s layered displays are done with care and creativity.

Community support is important to Patios Plus as well. We donate to Find Food Bank, many of the local animal shelters both financially and with furniture, and of course, City of Hope. Our company has long identified with City of Hope as its charity of choice along with the ICFA, transforming the future of health for all.

Patios Plus offers clients inspiration for serene spaces in their exterior environments to create their own personal oasis. We maintain a legacy in our community of providing exclusive furniture, beautiful accessories and service unique to the Patios Plus customer.
