A Shared Commitment to Our Future – Message from Eric Stalzer, 2026 ICFA Chair

As I begin my year as ICFA Board Chair and look to the future, our priorities as an association are clear and firmly grounded in the strength of our membership. A healthy, effective ICFA depends on you being informed and engaged, participating in events, contributing to meaningful solution focused conversations and serving as ambassadors for both our organization and the broader industry we represent. By encouraging membership growth and strong attendance at ICFA events as well as Casual Market Atlanta, we reinforce the value of this community and ensure its continued relevance and impact towards a successful future.

We are introducing a new State of the Association webinar designed to keep members informed and connected. During this address, you will receive an update on our strategic plan and priorities, the overall health of the ICFA and the ways we are evolving. We will also introduce new townhall meetings to foster open dialogue, outline how to stay engaged throughout the year and provide clarity on our leadership structure, who’s who and how to reach the right people.

The year ahead holds tremendous opportunity and will be shaped by the active participation of ICFA members. Each of us has a role to play—not only in identifying challenges, but in being an active part of the solutions. By staying engaged, informed and collaborative, we ensure a strong and sustainable future for our association and the community it serves. We have the ICFA to support the power of our collective network, the work we will do together and our success.
