ICFA Announces 2014 Retail Council Leadership

High Point, N.C. – The International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA) announces that Kristine Schultz-Hutchinson of Patios Plus of Rancho Mirage, Calif., has been named chairman of the organization’s Retail Council for 2014.

ICFA membership includes all sectors of the casual furnishings industry, including retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, sales representatives, designers and media associates. The Retail Council provides leadership for programming and services designed to meet the needs of the industry’s retail stores.

Beth Singleton, Tropic Aire Patio Gallery, West Columbia, S.C., will serve as vice chairman of the council in 2014.

New members joining the council in 2014 are Brad Schweig, Sunnyland Furniture, Dallas, Texas; Debs Pedigo, The Firehouse Casual Living Store, Charlotte, N.C.; Brian Lawrence, Emigh’s Casual Living, Sacramento, Calif.; David Jacobs, Jacobs Upholstery and Patio, Spokane Valley, Wash.; Jessica Salisbury, Village Green, Rockford, Ill.; and Tom Vielbig, Backyard Living, Ridgewood, N.J.

Continuing their service on the council are Bruce Aronson, Pool & Patio Center, Metairie, La.; Cathy Galbreath, ABSCO Fireplace & Patio, Birmingham, Ala.; Garrett Wallace, Yard Art Patio & Fireplace, Irving, Texas; Bruce Erickson, Williams All Seasons, Highland Park, Ill.; Gail Williams, Sunshine Furniture, Vero Beach, Fla.; Paul DeMerlis, The Sign of the Skier, Toronto, Ontario; and Mary Fruehauf, Fruehauf’s Patio & Garden, Boulder, Colo.
